The answer to this hotly anticipated question is always a VERB.

If it's not a verb, then it's not a skill.

This question is not asking you what you are like.

That is a different question with a different response.

Become fast friends with your skills verbs.

You will need them repeatedly in your resume, cover letter, thank you notes, networking, interviewing, and negotiating.
