Not a lot of women coaches like or prefer to coach men.
They like to coach women exclusively.
I don't see the appeal of only coaching with women.
You see, I came from nearly 2 decades of the software business and often I was the only woman in the room.
I have a highly developed aptitude for the “masculine” (note: not male) mindset and tactics – strategy, planning, and setting and measuring goals.
In short, DOING and winning.
My male clients get an abundance of all the “doing” stuff from me.
But what becomes their true secret to winning is their embracing of the “feminine” mindset (note: not female) – nurturing, collaborating, creativity, and receiving.
In short, BEING and growing.
This is what's been missing in their approach at work.
This is why they keep getting stuck and angry.
Once my men clients internally re-unite their superpowers of DOING and BEING they are unstoppable executives, entrepreneurs, partners, community leaders, and fathers and sons.
It truly takes my breath away every time.
It's an honor to coach and witness my supermen in action.
How do you appreciate the men in your life who are awesome at DOING and BEING?
