ceos and the great resignation

It's lonely in the corner office. Even CEOs are resigning in droves.

There is a lot of talk about no one being immune to the Great Resignation…

When it reaches to the top level at your workplace, you know it's for real.

Sometimes it's harder for people to have empathy for someone who is making so much money as a CEO.

But there are problems at the top. When CEOs have problems, there can be great negative impact on everyone around them.

When people in power are in a bad mental place and it's not addressed, their negative situation amplifies in a negative way.

It shows up like firing 900 employees on a single Zoom call right before the holidays. (This actually happened in December '21 if you didn't hear).

An October '21 report from Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. stated that 142 US based CEOs made an exit in October…the highest number in nearly two years.

COVID-19 stress reaches up to CEOs, and many are quitting for retirement or roles with less pressure.

Do you know of any CEO's who have resigned during the pandemic?
