If you accept a job offer during the 6-week program, we’ll transition the remaining coaching sessions to our Performance Acceleration coaching to help you seamlessly transition into your new role.

12. What if I don’t have a job at the end of the process?

You'll use your new skills, tools, and confidence from the program to continue your search until you land a new opportunity. Many clients return for additional ad hoc sessions to prep and practice for key interviews.

13. What career tests do you use?

I’m a certified assessor of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) for personalities and the STRONG Interest Inventory for vocational direction.

14. How do you incorporate your intuition with career coaching?

My intuition is always in play. For rational-thinking clients, I use my intuition to brainstorm and strategize. For creative-feeling clients, my intuition is offered as a download from the universe providing inspirational insights.

16. What is your corporate experience?

I loved having a successful career in Public Relations, until one day I just didn’t anymore. When I started as an assistant, I handled tasks such as faxing press releases and other administrative duties. Over time, I climbed to the top of the ladder and served as Managing Director of U.S. Operations. Ultimately though, I fell ill to workaholism and burnout, prompting my decision to end my corporate career in 2011. Read my full journey here.

Yes, individuals approaching retirement age represent the fastest-growing segment of clients requiring career coaching services. The traditional concept of retirement is rapidly changing, moving away from the hard stop at age 65. Instead, many clients want to explore a custom-built experience or pursue a passion-for-pay approach.

19. Am I too old to use your services?

I provide services to individuals of any age who are interested in finding work in any capacity—full or part-time, paid or unpaid.

20. How much does coaching cost?

Full-service coaching programs typically require a four-figure investment, and Resume Writing Services are available for an average of $1,000. While I do not offer a sliding scale, my products and services are priced to fit any budget.
